Tom O Keeffe
- Managing Director / Owner
Tom has worked in the industry since 1977. In that time he has personally handled insurance for the widest possible spectrum of clients, from personal insurance and moving on to large corporate risks, including commercial liability, motor fleets, etc.
Tom is currently serving on the general insurance committee of brokers Ireland, Irelands largest broker representative organisation.
Shelagh McDonald - APA Commercial

Shelagh joined Naas Insurance & Finance in 2017, and with over 19 years' experience in complex insurance queries, she understands the requirements of commercial clients, and has extensive knowledge of the Commercial Insurance arena. Paul Warren is an Accredited Product Advisor and advises on Personal lines Products which includes Private motor, commercial van and household products. He began his career in Naas Insurance in November 2014. Paul lives locally in Naas and is a keen Cyclist.
Amanda Leeson

Amanda has worked in the insurance industry for 24 years. She handles the firm's household insurance account and is in charge of office procedures and administration. Amanda has completed all necessary courses and is in charge of staff CPD which all the team are engaged in.

Maurice Harnett

Maurice handles General Commercial Insurance, and has a wealth of experience in this field. Maurice started his insurance career in Phoenix Assurance Company in 1974. He started his Broking career with McDowell Insurance Brokers. He is a former director on Fitzgerald and Harnett Insurances, Dublin and also served on the Board of PIBA and Chaired the sub committee on general insurance.
